The AdderLink X-DVI is the first extender to transmit both full DVI video as well as USB keyboard and mouse over a single CAT 6 cable The AdderLink X-DVI allows users to distribute control of any computer which uses DVI video and USB for keyboard and mouse interface. The Austin Hughes CAT.5 KVM Extender includes a transmitter-receiver (CAT.5-T/CAT5R) pair that enables you to locate a PC in a clean secure area and access the PC from any convenient, remote location. With the FE-1000CW remote control performance has been enhanced approximately two fold that of existing models,allowing the extension of SXGA (1,280×1,024 dots) to 300m,UXGA (1,600×1,200 dots) to 200m or more, and QXGA(2,048×1,536 dots) up to 100m; this has never been achieved by conventional products before. In addition, an RGB color-shift correction circuit (patent pending) is incorporated to prevent blurred characters due to color shift and to provide clear and crisp images.

With similar characteristics to the FE-1000CW above, the FE-2000CW also carries Audio and Serial for touchscreen applications.
